Emulsion Butadiene-Styrene Rubber (SBR) is butadiene-1.3 and styrene or methylstyrene copolymer.
SBR is widely used in tire, industrial rubber, and cable and footwear industries. Wide use of SBR is explained by high technical properties of the rubbers based on them.
Synthetic rubber SBR-1500 is styrene (23.5%) and butadiene (76.5%) copolymer obtained by cold emulsion polymerization using the soaps of resin and fatty acids. The polymer is stabilized by non-staining antioxidant and contains no nitrosamines and substances that may become a source of nitrosamines.
